2002 Shiraz- Hand picked - - oaked - - min preservative 220 added - - 14.5% Alc/Vol - - Bottled Olsen Wines, Oakleigh Victoria - The Curran Family began producing its award winning low sulphur wines in 1999. With minimal use of water, fertilisers and pesticides, we have produced an intensely flavoured & coloured fruit. This 2002 Shiraz has a deep cherry colour. Hand picked fruit and traditional wine making techniques have been used. Whilst enjoyable now, this wine will certainly benefit from a few years in the cellar for those who have patience.
  
2002 Reserve Shiraz - Hand picked - - oaked - - min preservative 220 added - - 14.5% Alc/Vol - - Bottled Olsen Wines, Oakleigh Victoria - A selection of our finest grapes were chosen for our Reserve Shiraz. With the use of very little water and minimal fertilizers and pesticides, we have consistently produced a four tonne to the acre of fruit which is blood red and rich in flavour. The fruit is grown in the warm sand over limestone soil of Mildura. It has been hand picked, processed and barrel aged in American oak.

2003 Saragina - Hand picked - - oaked - - min preservative 220 added - - 14.5% Alc/Vol - - Bottled Olsen Wines, Oakleigh Victoria - With minimal use of water, fertilisers and pesticides, we have produced a fruit which is intensely flavoured and coloured. ‘SARAGINA’ (Samuel, Rachael & Virginia - the Curran Family) is the blending of Shiraz, Grenache and Carina Currants. It has a cherry/plum colour. The aroma shows berry fruits with a touch of plum and cassis with subtle French oak. The palate is flavoursome yet soft, with lots of interesting fruit flavours, including raspberry. The finish is soft and persistent. Hand picked fruit and traditional wine making techniques make for a very enjoyable wine. - Price: AUD$18.00 -
